What you'll need.


○ Bananas (3, riped)
○ Unsalted Butter (125 g)
○ Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
○ Baking Soda (1 teaspoon)
○ Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
○ Flour - All Purpose (300 g)
○ Milk (60 ml)
○ Eggs (2)
○ Caster Sugar (200 g)
○ White chocolate chips (100 g)


The process.

1. Melt the butter and prepare the bananas mash.

2. Preheat the oven at 355ºF (or 180ºC)

3. In the bowl with the melted butter, add the mashed bananas, the sugar and the vanilla extract. Then, stir in the milk and eggs mixing with a wooden spoon until well mixed. 

4. Add the baking soda and baking powder to the mix and then stir in the flour, leaving the white chocolate chips for last until just combined. Do not overmix.

5. Spoon the mixture into baking cups and cook in the oven for 15-18 mins until a skewer inserted into center comes out clean.

6. Cool cupcakes on a wire cooling rack, not in the cupcake pan.

7. Enjoy it's deliciousness!
